Description

You will support the planning and execution of MongoDB's strategic events, focusing on AMER programs while collaborating globally. You'll manage logistics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality event delivery that enhances the customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination or event marketing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in a global team
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and event platforms (Cvent preferred)

Responsibilities

• Execute event work streams within established frameworks and quality standards
• Handle logistics coordination including registration, vendor communication, and on-site support
• Coordinate with field marketing, revenue marketing, and other teams for alignment
• Maintain event data, documentation, and asset libraries; assist with budget tracking
• Complete post-event reporting and identify process improvements
