📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail brand environment.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior role.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to drive business results.
• Demonstrated ability to use KPIs and sales insights for real-time decisions.
