🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform all seasonal lawn care including mowing, trimming, and weed treatment.
• Maintain community grounds, streets, and common areas for exceptional curb appeal.
• Clean and sanitize all community facilities and common areas.
• Support maintenance team with minor repairs as requested.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance techniques and power tool proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
