💼 About This Role

You'll lead a first-grade classroom of ~20 students, delivering instruction in language arts, social studies, science, and math. You'll use the Responsive Classroom approach to support social-emotional growth. Experiential learning and innovative assessments are core to this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver language arts, math, science, and social studies lessons to first graders
• Implement Responsive Classroom and Toolbox for social-emotional learning
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Take on Lower-School-wide duties and participate in community life

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years teaching primary elementary level
• Experience in equity and inclusion education
• Knowledge of child physical, social, emotional development
