Description

You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, and provide physical and psychological support to residents and families in a person-centered care environment. Your role is key to delivering compassionate, quality care that respects each resident's autonomy and dignity.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio LPN license
• CPR certification
• At least 6 months direct care nursing experience desired
• Long term care experience preferred
