Description

You will work hands-on with a multidisciplinary engineering team to build, integrate, and test complex electromechanical assemblies for world-class Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs). You'll contribute to all stages of the product development lifecycle and help improve manufacturing workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a mechanical field (automotive/marine, aerospace, industrial)
• Familiar with fabrication processes, hand tools, plastic/metal part manufacturing
• Experience working from technical documentation and engineering drawings
• Understanding of manufacturing life cycle
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, and test complex electro-mechanical assemblies for AUVs
• Route and service high-reliability cabling and wiring harnesses
• Design, prototype, and scale manufacturing jigs and fixtures
• Fabricate and modify machined parts and COTS components
• Develop, document, and improve workflows
