You'll build scalable People systems and processes for a fast-growing AI startup, ensuring compliance and a great employee experience. You'll drive onboarding, offboarding, and cross-functional coordination with Recruiting, IT, and Finance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure completion of I-9s, background checks, and documentation
• Partner with immigration counsel and coordinate payroll setup
• Design and document onboarding and offboarding processes
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in People Operations in high growth environments
• Deep familiarity with compliance, payroll coordination, and HR systems
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with scalability focus
• Tech savvy and able to operate with little direction

• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
• Project management skills for company-wide initiatives
