You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, owning solution design from discovery through delivery. You'll lead technical scoping and architecture decisions while managing multiple customer engagements. This role combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong customer communication skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements and success criteria
• Own technical scoping, solution architecture, and implementation plans
• Design and implement Salesforce data models, automation, and security
• Provide hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of solution design and delivery experience with hands-on Salesforce work
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation
• Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple parallel engagements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Apex and Lightning components
• Familiarity with Sweep platform
