You'll lead a team of Mid-Market AEs driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue at a fast-growing AI startup serving top financial firms. Your core impact will be building repeatable playbooks and owning team quota attainment. This role offers ownership of a rapidly scaling segment at a generational company redefining enterprise AI for finance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs
- Carry a team quota and drive repeatable revenue attainment
- Coach MEDDIC execution and deal discipline on every deal
- Partner with SDR and GTM leadership on pipeline quality
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in a closing role with 2+ years managing AEs in B2B SaaS
- Proven quota attainment as both IC and manager
- Strong command of structured sales methodology (MEDDIC or equivalent)
- Experience selling into financial services is a strong plus
