Your core impact will be building repeatable playbooks and owning team quota attainment.   • Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs
  • Carry a team quota and drive repeatable revenue attainment
  • Coach MEDDIC execution and deal discipline on every deal
  • Partner with SDR and GTM leadership on pipeline quality

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in a closing role with 2+ years managing AEs in B2B SaaS
  • Proven quota attainment as both IC and manager
  • Strong command of structured sales methodology (MEDDIC or equivalent)
  • Experience selling into financial services is a strong plus
