You'll shape and scale the end-to-end customer journey by identifying friction points and transforming them into structured, measurable programs. You'll own enterprise customer deployments and drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support. This high-impact role directly influences customer time-to-value and long-term satisfaction.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify friction points and convert them into structured CX programs with KPIs.
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer deployments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across onboarding, adoption, support, and renewals.
- Build program governance including cadences, risk tracking, and dashboards.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ5 years of experience in Program Management or Customer Success Operations.
- B2B SaaS environment experience required.
- Strong execution mindset with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

- Familiarity with dashboards and KPI design.
- Experience across customer lifecycle motions like onboarding or renewals.
