You'll shape and scale the end-to-end customer journey by identifying friction points and transforming them into structured, measurable programs. You'll own enterprise customer deployments and drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support. This high-impact role directly influences customer time-to-value and long-term satisfaction.

  • Identify friction points and convert them into structured CX programs with KPIs.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer deployments.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across onboarding, adoption, support, and renewals.
  • Build program governance including cadences, risk tracking, and dashboards.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in Program Management or Customer Success Operations.
  • B2B SaaS environment experience required.
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
