You'll provide exceptional home health care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, ensuring comfort and dignity. You'll make home visits to perform assessments and administer treatments as part of a designated care plan. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager

📋 Requirements

• Current license as an LPN in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• One year prior clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
