Description

As a Clinical Program Manager at Neuralink, you will architect and execute groundbreaking human clinical trials for brain-computer interface technology. You'll own end-to-end delivery, manage high-stakes partnerships, and build scalable frameworks to advance neurotechnology while ensuring regulatory compliance and participant safety.

Requirements

• 7+ years leadership experience in clinical research (Class III medical devices/neurology)
• Advanced proficiency in clinical study design and endpoint selection
• Deep knowledge of Global GCP, ISO 14155, MDR, FDA 21 CFR Part 812
• Experience with statistical methods or programming languages (Python, R)
• High level of organization and meticulous precision

Responsibilities

• Serve as Principal Lead for complex clinical programs, managing end-to-end delivery
• Cultivate partnerships with internal teams, external vendors, and clinical sites
• Oversee training and credentialing of cross-functional teams
• Lead contract execution, budget optimization, and financial planning with trial sites
• Synthesize clinical data to provide actionable insights for program refinement
