You'll own the full lifecycle for Enterprise customers in healthcare, helping them navigate data privacy and adoption of Freshpaint. Your core impact is driving net revenue retention through renewals and expansion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own net revenue retention and ARR across 25-40 Enterprise accounts.
  • Build account plans to drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Lead renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with disciplined process.
  • Run executive QBRs tying usage to business impact.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management with Enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record driving adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Strong consultative skills to uncover business problems and define metrics.
  • Data-driven with disciplined account planning and forecasting.

  • Experience with customer data, analytics, or marketing tech products.
  • Experience directly working with healthcare organizations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA or healthcare data privacy frameworks.
