🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals across multiple divisions
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, negotiations, and contract management
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and evaluate performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience or equivalent
• Direct experience in procurement or subcontract management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or projects
• Knowledge of procurement regulations including FAR, DFARS, ITAR
