You'll design digital products and services for US federal government agencies, working on secure, accessible, user-centered experiences. Your work will help agencies move beyond transactional interactions toward cohesive, trusted digital services that improve outcomes for the public. This role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with designers and cross-functional teams to make data-informed design decisions.
• Create layouts within agency guidelines that reinforce brand voice through visual touchpoints.
• Maintain or design new design systems including typography, color, iconography, and componentry.
• Conduct UI audits and create design solutions to resolve discrepancies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience solving complex design problems for digital products.
• 3+ years of experience designing digital products in consulting, in-house, or agency environments.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Framer.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with federal agencies or public-sector digital services.
• Familiarity with U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and federal design patterns.
• Understanding of technology platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or PEGA.
