💼 About This Role

You'll own a product vertical end-to-end at Casca, building AGI for banking. You'll work directly with engineers and bank customers to turn complex lending workflows into AI-native experiences, making consequential decisions about what we build and why.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and prioritize roadmap for your vertical.
• Conduct customer research to understand workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate with engineers to balance speed, quality, and scope.
• Own full product lifecycle from requirements to iteration.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management in fast-paced tech environments.
• Track record of shipping customer-facing products that users use.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas simply.
