You'll develop validation test plans and automated test rigs for a portfolio of 3D printing hardware products. Your work ensures printers are reliable so customers spend more time printing and less time troubleshooting. You'll collaborate with R&D design teams from day one, influencing product design for reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage validation test plans for system, subsystem, and component levels.
• Perform hands-on root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystem failures.
• Design and build automated testing equipment for reliability testing.
• Collaborate with design teams on risk assessments and design reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with complex electromechanical systems and reliability testing.
• Proficiency in Python for test hardware and software implementation.
• Strong data analysis skills to distill results into actionable insights.
• Experience developing system test plans within fast-paced timelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis.
• Prior field failure analysis or quality engineering roles.
