You'll manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits at a primary care practice that's transforming healthcare. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams while utilizing your clinical training. This role offers continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and the support of being part of Amazon's healthcare mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via telehealth
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
• Perform in-office procedures

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or eligible with certification within 1 year
• State licensed in IL before start date
