You'll partner closely with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives, organizational change, and scalable people practices. You'll support autonomous vehicle technology for a pioneer in autonomous driving now part of the Daimler family. This hybrid role requires minimum 3 days in office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult managers on organization design and restructuring
• Lead performance management processes and talent reviews
• Coach leaders on employee relations and sensitive issues
• Analyze workforce data to inform hiring and retention strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree + 6+ years HR experience, or Master's + 3+ years
• Prior experience as HRBP or HR Manager in operations setting
• Proven experience in organizational development and succession planning
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws

✨ Nice to Have

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
• Experience with Workday HRIS
• Experience with HR metrics and analytics
