Requirements

• Associate degree in engineering or engineering technology
• 5+ years experience with packaging line equipment or equivalent electrical/mechanical
• 2+ years experience in robotics, controls, automation systems
• 3+ years experience in preventive maintenance programs
• Proficient in pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC basics

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for automation and robotic equipment installation and maintenance
• Collaborate with team to design automation solutions using DX, IoT, AI
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with operators, controls, and OEM vendors
• Create and maintain technical documentation and preventive maintenance programs
• Train operators and maintenance staff on safe equipment operation
