🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as liaison among Field Service Engineers, Planners, and Buyers.
• Proactively escalate and follow up on customer requests via phone and email.
• Manage urgent customer order expedites and consignment replenishment.
• Track customer backorders and ensure billing accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years in customer service, order fulfillment, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Professional English proficiency for global collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.
