Description

You will provide advanced healthcare services in a value-based primary care clinic, diagnosing and treating patients 18+, collaborating with a dedicated support team, and leveraging telehealth options. This role focuses on improving health outcomes and patient quality of life in an outpatient setting with no weekends.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner and RN licenses in Texas
• National NP board certification
• Master's in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)
• 2+ years clinical experience in physician practice or hospital
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, blood work, scans)
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Refer patients to specialists and analyze medical records
• Examine patients, discuss medical history, and perform physicals
• Update patient charts in EHR software
