You'll support plant operations by installing and repairing production equipment to ensure machinery reliability. You'll collaborate with teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement across the operation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and production equipment
• Perform equipment rebuilds and upgrades to improve reliability
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls on rotating schedule
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions

📋 Requirements

• Experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

• Electrical knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, or conveyors
