You'll lead enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning (IBP) governance, driving alignment across finance, supply chain, and operations. Your impact will strengthen S&OE processes and enable executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-wide IBP governance including financial projection and management business reviews
• Drive alignment between financial, operational, and supply chain planning activities
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to improve planning effectiveness
• Facilitate executive-level decision-making with scenarios, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations
• Strengthen S&OE processes and integrate escalation mechanisms into IBP strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in financial planning, supply chain planning, or process improvement
• 7+ years of leadership experience
• Strong expertise in IBP, SIOP, S&OP, and S&OE methodologies
• Proven experience driving enterprise-wide process transformation in matrixed organizations
