Description

You will lead a team of Team Leads and Customer Success Operations Managers supporting MidMarket publisher accounts in the US region. Your role involves managing team development, overseeing publisher relationships, driving revenue growth through optimizations and cross-sales, and serving as the technical escalation point. This is an opportunity to build a high-performing team and shape the customer success strategy for a leading ad tech platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of programmatic ad tech experience in digital advertising
  • Previous management experience (manager, lead, or supervisor role) leading a large team preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, SSP/DSP ecosystem, Prebid, and header bidding wrappers
  • Experience supporting global customer base and interfacing with US-based team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and debugging tools like Charles, Fiddler, Firebug

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large team, including recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing development
  • Oversee relationship management of publisher accounts, hitting revenue targets via optimizations and upsells
  • Serve as primary technical escalation point for onboarding, header bidding integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with Publisher Development and Product teams to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements
  • Ensure Salesforce hygiene and reporting for accounts, pipeline, cases, and revenue data
