You'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CMDB architecture and ServiceNow Discovery for enterprise clients. You'll manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub. This role is heavily focused on ITOM with secondary ITSM exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize CMDB architecture and data models
• Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server
• Perform CMDB health checks and data normalization

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development
• Strong expertise in CMDB
• Strong expertise in Discovery
• Strong expertise in Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)

✨ Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – Discovery/CMDB)
• Experience with Integration Hub
• Knowledge of ITSM and other modules
