💼 About This Role

You'll lead all finance functions including accounting, FP&A, and treasury as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. Your work will drive long-term growth and operational excellence across a multi-unit retail organization. This role is onsite for 4 months then hybrid.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all financial functions including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership on financial performance and risk.
• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Present financial results to executive leadership and parent company stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience including executive-level roles.
• Experience in multi-unit or retail environments strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic planning.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Experience with international or parent-company stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and executive presence.
