💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the core exchange infrastructure for the world's largest prediction market platform. You'll design low-latency backend systems in C/C++ that must be correct, fast, and resilient under real-world trading load. This high-ownership role offers minimal bureaucracy and a strong bias toward execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable, low-latency backend services using C/C++ or similar systems languages.
• Profile, tune, and debug systems for latency, throughput, memory usage, and correctness in production.
• Build and operate robust APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven systems with messaging/streaming platforms.
• Own reliability, security, and scalability of backend systems; diagnose and resolve production issues.

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ or another systems language (Go, Rust, Java).
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and memory management.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems and debugging production issues on Linux.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in trading systems, HFT, gaming, telecom or latency-sensitive domains.
• Production experience with Kafka, Pulsar, or similar streaming platforms at scale.
• Familiarity with gRPC, Protobuf, ZeroMQ, or cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and containers.
