You'll lead the technical delivery process for high-profile customers, implementing Zendesk and AWS cloud solutions from initial discussion to go-live. This role balances technical expertise with client interaction to drive successful deployments.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center
- Lead design and configuration workshops to produce Technical Design Documents
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting
- Experience with Amazon Connect
- 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions
- Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments
