You'll lead design for Crosby's first customer-facing platform from 0 to 1, working directly with founders and engineers. You'll own the end-to-end product experience, using AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and ship high-quality work. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design for first customer-facing platform from research to shipped product
• Own end-to-end design for core product experiences
• Partner with strategic customers to understand workflows and define product direction
• Collaborate with engineering to ship high-quality work quickly

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with multiple 0-to-1 shipped products
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and clear product thinking
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate for hybrid in-person collaboration

• Experience at early-stage startups (Series A/B)
• Experience with complex, workflow-heavy products (B2B, enterprise, or productivity tools)
• Experience building and scaling design systems
