You'll shape the long-term vision for athlete footwear innovation at Brooks, partnering with the Senior Director to define strategy and roadmaps across road, track, and trail. You'll lead cross-functional teams to translate athlete needs into breakthrough product concepts, influencing the global running industry. This role requires a deep understanding of elite athletes and the ability to architect a future-forward footwear strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-range vision for athlete-driven innovation across footwear categories.
• Manage balanced portfolio of athlete projects from breakthrough technologies to future concepts.
• Lead cross-functional Athlete team through bi-annual Footwear Portfolio meetings.
• Own creation and communication of athlete product roadmap across all disciplines.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to generate innovative product and process ideas.
• Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Expert knowledge of materials, constructions, and biomechanics.
