💼 About This Role

You'll lead contamination control and environmental monitoring for our sterile compounding facility, ensuring compliance with 503A/503B regulations and cGMP. Your work will directly impact patient safety and product quality in a high-growth health platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and improve the facility's Environmental Monitoring Program
• Oversee microbial detection, enumeration, and species identification
• Maintain microbial flora library and lead excursion investigations
• Train and supervise personnel performing EM sampling

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related life science
• Minimum 5 years in aseptic pharmaceutical or compounding environments
• Hands-on experience in ISO Class 5 cleanrooms and contamination control
• Strong understanding of cGMP, USP, and FDA 503A/503B regulations
