💼 About This Role

You'll set up and configure a new Asana instance from scratch, building the project structure, templates, and workflows for Relay's marketing team. Your work will directly enable the creative team to operate efficiently, reducing manual updates and keeping projects moving. This is a short-term, high-impact opportunity to turn a blank workspace into a well-oiled machine for a fast-growing digital banking platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Audit creative workflow needs and translate into Asana build plan
  • Configure Asana workspace structure, teams, and naming conventions
  • Build project templates for campaigns, video, design, podcast
  • Set up task dependencies, milestones, and timeline views

📋 Requirements

  • Asana expertise building and managing instances, not just using
  • Understanding of creative and marketing team workflows
  • Ability to work independently and deliver clean work on time
  • Clear written communication to document systems for others

✨ Nice to Have

  • Implemented Asana for a creative or marketing team
  • Familiar with advanced features: portfolios, goals, workload, API
  • Experience integrating Asana with Slack, Google Drive, Notion
