Description

You will develop low-level firmware and drivers for sensors (IMU, camera, LiDAR) on embedded platforms, working with hardware engineers during board bring-up. This role requires a U.S. Person and offers the chance to contribute to a defense robotic foundation model.

Requirements

  • Strong C or C++ for embedded systems
  • Understanding of microcontrollers and embedded workflows
  • Familiarity with basic electronics concepts
  • Experience with SPI, I2C, or UART
  • Must be a U.S. Person

Responsibilities

  • Develop and debug sensor drivers for embedded platforms
  • Bring up new sensors (IMU, camera, LiDAR, environmental)
  • Implement communication protocols I2C, SPI, UART, CAN
  • Write firmware for microcontrollers and embedded processors
  • Build tools to validate sensor data quality
