💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design of intelligent interaction models for complex global enterprises, architecting logic that enables automated QA and ROI measurement. You'll be a strategic builder at the forefront of Conversation Intelligence, transforming raw audio into actionable business intelligence. This role reports to the Director of AI Solutions Delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect vertical-specific enrichments and automated scoring across Voice, Chat, Email, and AI Agents.
• Design sophisticated QA logic balancing compliance and sentiment for large enterprises.
• Own full-cycle POC/POV engagements from requirements to validation and outcome presentation.
• Support pre-sales by translating customer requirements into buildable AI configurations.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Conversation Intelligence or Speech Analytics.
• Proficiency in translating customer business logic into automated scoring models.
• Demonstrated ability to correlate interaction data to tangible business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of contact center KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR) and their business correlation.
