You'll manage wholesale systems and EDI operations supporting Brooks' customer and partner experiences. Your work ensures smooth order processing, compliance, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support product setup, catalog maintenance, and UPC management
• Maintain customer vendor compliance profiles and documentation
• Monitor EDI transactions and coordinate error resolution
• Provide daily administration and operational support for business systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years supporting business operations or systems
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, WMS, B2B/B2C platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years in Wholesale Order Management or systems support
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash lifecycle and EDI transactions (850/855/856/810)
• Exposure to customer compliance programs and chargeback processes
