🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform.
• Prioritize features and make go/no-go decisions on releases.
• Translate institutional requirements into product specifications.
• Act as liaison between product, engineering, and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or ownership.
• 3+ years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on delivery of a tokenization or RWA product.
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and token standards.

• Experience with institutional clients (banks, asset managers).
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA).
