💼 About This Role

You'll join the Protein Engineering group to build complex DNA libraries for display technologies, enabling AI-driven drug discovery. Your work will directly impact the optimization of therapeutic molecules for hard-to-drug targets. This role offers the chance to push boundaries in a fast-paced biotech startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and apply synthetic library selection techniques (phage, yeast, mammalian display).
• Utilize FACS sorting and NGS to identify and rank binders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot protein reagents.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Molecular Biology or Protein Biochemistry with 5+ years industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with yeast display system and library building.
• Proficiency in cloning complex assemblies using Golden Gate, Gibson, and other techniques.
• Experience with DNA synthesis CROs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in protein purification techniques (affinity, ion exchange, HIC, SEC).
• Familiarity with chromatography hardware (Cytiva AKTA, Agilent HPLC).
