You'll lead a tower crew in installing and maintaining wireless communication towers up to 500 feet. Your work directly impacts critical telecommunications infrastructure. You'll also train junior team members and ensure safety compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tower crews in installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless infrastructure
• Climb and perform work on towers up to 500 feet
• Install and troubleshoot antennas, radios, and cabling
• Perform sweep testing, PIM testing, and fiber inspections

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive wireless tower experience
• Competent Climber/Rescue certification
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• NWSA certification
• Hazcom certification
• Experience with fiber and PIM testing
