🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop scalable financial models for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Deliver monthly business reviews with variance analysis and insights.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and M&A.
• Own internal reporting frameworks, dashboards, and board presentations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with leadership in high-growth or tech organizations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Pigment.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
