You'll develop and execute grassroots fundraising campaigns for Mozilla Foundation, a non-profit building a better internet. You'll translate advocacy work into compelling fundraising opportunities to mobilize a global community. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop grassroots fundraising campaigns aligned with Mozilla's mission.
• Write compelling fundraising content for email, website, and channels.
• Identify A/B testing priorities and analyze campaign results.
• Collaborate with teams to improve donor experiences.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of digital fundraising or digital campaigning experience.
• Excellent email writing skills with proven ability to motivate supporters.
• Experience writing for a large-scale email list of 1M+ subscribers.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, or ActionKit.
• Experience managing cross-team projects involving technical staff.
