💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans, helping train new recruits and ensuring their success. You'll assist in daily operations and meeting sales targets while using your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales via BOPIS and curbside.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Experience with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT.
