💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute an internal product enablement program at a healthcare credentialing platform, partnering with product and ops SMEs. Your work will directly improve GTM outcomes across Sales, CS, and Engineering. This role is hands-on and metrics-driven, establishing repeatable systems that scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate multi-channel product enablement programs (live workshops, microlearning, playbooks).
• Create role-based learning journeys for CS, Implementation, Support, Product, Engineering.
• Produce enablement artifacts: instructor guides, slide decks, videos, hands-on labs, FAQs.
• Partner with Product and UX to ensure technical accuracy and drive new product launch enablement.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building enablement, training, or L&D programs in a SaaS environment.
• Experience designing curricula and running live and asynchronous training for customer-facing teams.
• Ability to quickly learn technical products and map features to customer workflows.
• Metric-oriented with experience tracking enablement KPIs and iterating based on data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in healthcare credentialing or provider network operations.
• Experience with learning platforms (WorkRamp, Lessonly) and knowledge base tools (Confluence, Notion).
• Prior experience at a mid-stage SaaS or Series B company building systems from scratch.
