Description

You will lead the Accounts Payable function, driving strategy, process automation, and team development to ensure efficient and accurate procure-to-pay operations. Your work will directly support Anduril's mission of transforming defense technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive AP experience with 3+ years in managerial role
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AP module
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Proven track record in process improvement and team leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive AP strategy focusing on scalability, digital transformation, and standardization
• Lead and develop the AP team, ensuring flawless execution of procure-to-pay
• Analyze and optimize AP workflows for efficiency, cost savings, and accuracy
• Implement and administer Oracle Fusion and automation tools like IDR
• Cultivate vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, and ensure timely payments
