Description

You will lead electrical development and installation of Direct Air Capture (DAC) systems, from prototype to production. You'll design and iterate on electrical systems, own schematics and PCB design, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate hardware and software, ensuring reliability and manufacturability at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering (hardware, climate tech, energy, or industrial)
• Strong experience with PCB design, analog/digital circuits, and system-level electrical architecture
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, sensors, and control systems
• Track record of taking products from prototype to production in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for DAC units from prototype to production
• Own schematics, PCB design, and system integration across sensors, controls, power electronics, and embedded systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and systems engineers
• Lead testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in lab and field
• Drive design for manufacturability, reliability, and cost from pilot to commercial deployment
