You'll support and maintain a secure, stable, and efficient enterprise endpoint environment, focusing on administration and optimization of physical and virtual endpoints. You'll handle imaging, patching, troubleshooting, and software deployment while contributing to endpoint security and lifecycle management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy software updates, security patches, and application packages
• Install, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware and software
• Develop, maintain, and deploy standardized OS images for endpoints
• Monitor endpoints for performance, availability, and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2–4 years of hands-on endpoint administration in an enterprise environment
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Experience with endpoint imaging, patch management, and software deployment

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of overall IT experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office suite administration
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, authentication, firewalls)
