• Own and drive PLG motion across activation, adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell
• Define and execute growth strategies to improve conversion, engagement, and monetisation
• Lead experimentation and data-driven initiatives for product and revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS with PLG or growth focus
• Strong track record of driving measurable improvements in adoption, conversion, or retention
• Deep understanding of product analytics and experimentation frameworks
• Strong commercial mindset connecting product decisions to business outcomes
