🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end executive travel bookings (air, hotel, ground transport)
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveler preferences and policy
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and empathy
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced environment

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-touch premium customer service
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar)
• Strong understanding of contact center performance metrics
• Exceptional communication skills with polished, discreet style
