💼 About This Role

You'll join a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Your work will help clients achieve greater independence through tailored intervention plans and environmental adaptations. This role offers the chance to develop your skills with training and scholarship opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform evaluations of patients' functional status and ADL performance.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and recommend equipment.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
