Description
In this role, you will own the end-to-end renewal process for customers under $10K ARR, ensuring proactive communication, seamless contract execution, and high renewal rates. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to protect recurring revenue and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with process-driven mindset
- Experience in renewal management or customer success
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency with CRM and billing systems
- Ability to manage escalations and maintain accurate forecasting
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end renewal process for customers under $10K ARR
- Proactively manage auto-renewal reminders and customer communications
- Engage directly with customers to address renewal concerns and remove blockers
- Generate and manage order forms and renewal agreements, ensuring CRM accuracy
- Identify upsell opportunities and hand off to Mid-Market Sales
