Description

In this role, you will own the end-to-end renewal process for customers under $10K ARR, ensuring proactive communication, seamless contract execution, and high renewal rates. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to protect recurring revenue and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with process-driven mindset
  • Experience in renewal management or customer success
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and billing systems
  • Ability to manage escalations and maintain accurate forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end renewal process for customers under $10K ARR
  • Proactively manage auto-renewal reminders and customer communications
  • Engage directly with customers to address renewal concerns and remove blockers
  • Generate and manage order forms and renewal agreements, ensuring CRM accuracy
  • Identify upsell opportunities and hand off to Mid-Market Sales
